1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc)

1 tbsp oats

1 tbsp soaked chia seeds

6-7 overnight soaked walnuts

5/10gms collagen powder (optional)

1 scoop protein powder (optional)​

1/4 cup coconut milk
-
2 cubes ice
Directions

Blend all the ingredients.

Pour in a glass.

Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
