Method

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc) 

  • 1 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds

  • 6-7 overnight soaked walnuts

  • 5/10gms collagen powder (optional)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)​

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 2 cubes ice

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients.

  • Pour in a glass.

  • Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

  • Enjoy your drink.
