Replacement & Refund

Replacement

Conscious U will take stringent measures to ensure that the item(s) delivered to the customers are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item(s) may have got damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered. Please email us at support@consciousu.in with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Contact details

  • A short description of the nature of damage, preferably with an attached picture.

  • Please mention if the package received from the courier was also damaged from outside or not.

  • Wrong product delivered to you.

Only in such cases as given above, will we provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided that the request is made within 7 working days after the product is delivered. There will be no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items. We reserve the right to collect the items that were originally shipped to you. No replacement will be allowed for orders, except for the reasons given above.

Refund

Refund is provided only incase of any damaged or wrong product delivered Please contact us at : support@consciousu.in

Cancellation

Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
