200ml nut milk.

1/2 tsp ashwagandha.

1 tbsp chia seeds.

1 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder.

1 scoop protein power.

1/2 tsp berry power or handful of fresh berries.

1/2 tsp maca root powder.

2-3 ice cubes.
Directions

Blend all the ingredients.

Pour in a glass.

Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
