Ingredients

  • 200ml nut milk.

  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha.

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds.

  • 1 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder.

  • 1 scoop protein power.

  • 1/2 tsp berry power or handful of fresh berries.

  • 1/2 tsp maca root powder.

  • 2-3 ice cubes.

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients.

  • Pour in a glass.

  • Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

  • Enjoy your drink.
