Method

Ingredients

Tomato sauce :

  • 6 diced tomatoes.

  • 1 small onion.

  • 5 garlic cloves.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil.

  • 6/7 basil leaves.

  • Salt to taste.

  • Mixed herbs.

Gnocchi :

  • 150gm Gluten free flour.

  • 300gm steamed sweet potato.

  • Salt to taste.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil.

Directions

Gnocchi:

  1. In a mixing bowl add the gluten free flour, steamed sweet potato mashed, salt and olive oil.

  2. Make a dough out of this.

Tomato Sauce :

  1. In a pan, add olive oil, onion and sweat the onion for 3 to 4 mins till it turns translucent.

  2. Add chopped garlic and saute for a min.

  3. Now add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5 to 10 mins
