Ingredients
Tomato sauce :
-
6 diced tomatoes.
-
1 small onion.
-
5 garlic cloves.
-
1 tbsp olive oil.
-
6/7 basil leaves.
-
Salt to taste.
-
Mixed herbs.
Gnocchi :
-
150gm Gluten free flour.
-
300gm steamed sweet potato.
-
Salt to taste.
-
1 tbsp olive oil.
Directions
Gnocchi:
-
In a mixing bowl add the gluten free flour, steamed sweet potato mashed, salt and olive oil.

Make a dough out of this.
Tomato Sauce :
-
In a pan, add olive oil, onion and sweat the onion for 3 to 4 mins till it turns translucent.
-
Add chopped garlic and saute for a min.
-
Now add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5 to 10 mins
