Ingredients
-
2+ 3/4th cup besan flour.
-
3 tbsp rice flour
-
1.5 tsp green chilli paste.

1/2 tsp hing.
-
2 tsp sugar.
-
2 tsp lemon.
-
salt as per taste.

1+1/4 tsp eno/ bakind soda/powder.
For tempering ;
-
Mustard seeds.
-
cold pressed oil.
-
Cumin seeds.
-
Curry leaves.
-
Asafoetida (optional).

Coriander leaves.
Directions

Add approx. 2 cups water + 2 tbsp lemons .......
-
Add the water slowly.
-
Keep aside for 20 mins.

Add 1+1/4 tsp eno and mix well.
-
Line the plate with oil and add the mixture to it.

Steam it for.... and check later if the knife comes out clean.

Remove from the steam.
Tempering:
-
In a pan add cold pressed oil, mustard sleeps, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and split chilli.
-
Evenly spread the tempering on the dhoklas.
-
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves and serve with coconut chutney.
