Method

Ingredients

  • 3 Red bell peppers.

  • Handful of basil leaves.

  • 3 big garlic cloves.

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.

  • Olive oil 4 to 5 tbsp.

  • 1/4 cup pine nuts/walnuts/almonds.

  • 1 tbsp Vegan parmesan cheese/ nutritional yeast.

  • Salt.

  • Black pepper.

Directions

  • Roast the red bell peppers either in the oven or the gas stove.

  • Remove and discard the skin of the roasted bell peppers and transfer the peppers in a food processor.

  • Add all the remaining ingredients in the food processor except the olive oil and pulse.

  • Pour the olive oil through the opening/mouth of the food processor bit by bit, till you are happy with the consistency.

  • Check for the seasoning, pulse again. Enjoy this flavorful dip.
