Ingredients

1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped.

2 Garlic cloves, chopped.

Roasted diced tomatoes (no salt added).

4 medjool dates, pitted and hauled.

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

1/2 tsp salt (optional).

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.
-
1/8 tsp cinnamon.

Pinch of ground clove.
Directions

Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan over medium heat and bring to boil.

Lower the heat to low flame and let it shimmer for 10 mins.
-
Transfer the sauce to a blender, blend it to a smooth, even consistency.
-
Transfer to an Air-tight container and store it in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
